How much can I get for
my item?
It is impossible to determine the value of any item at an open
auction. Art's Parts, through expertly written descriptions,
high quality photographs and well timed auctions will maximize the
opportunity to bring the highest possible price for your
item.
What if my item
doesn't sell?
Art's Parts is selective about what items we accept for
a good reason. We want to make sure your item sells and that you
are happy with your experience. We are confident that with an
appropriate starting bid your items will sell a majority of the
time. However, it is impossible to predict what the eBay market
will bring. With basic service Art's Parts items, one
re-listing will be done at no additional cost to you. Art's
Parts researches factors that may have contributed to a poor
performance in the auction and makes changes to the listing as
needed to improve the chance of selling your item. If your item
does not sell a 2nd time you will need to return to our store to
retrieve your item or donate your item. All pick ups of unsold
items must be completed within 10 days of notification.

the industry as we strive to offer our clients the best consignment
option out there. To run high quality auctions there are several
key factors that assure the highest possible price is obtained in
the auction. We take professional quality photos of your items
utilizing state-of-the-art cameras, lighting, and photo editing
software. Additionally we handle all customer service inquiries,
have an exceptional feedback rating (this greatly enhances customer
confidence and drives up the final price), we collect money for all
items including the ability for buyers to pay with a credit card,
and we ship your item safely, and quickly. All of this takes time
and experience to be done right. We are happy to offer this service
to you for what is really a rather minimal fee.
Why should I use Art's
Parts instead of selling the item myself?
There are several good reasons. First, we do all the work. You
simply clean out your attic, closet or garage and bring us your
high quality items. So we save you lots of your valuable time.
Secondly, you have to let people know about your item – through a
classified ad for example – this costs money. Most important,
selling your item on eBay gives you a worldwide audience of more
than 103 million users - many are very specialized buyers that
would never see your item through other selling avenues. This
amazingly wide audience will bring you a significantly higher price
than you could ever get locally at a garage sale, through a
classified ad, or local consignment shop. Our ability to get you a
much higher price will more than make up for paying us a commission
to professionally list your item.
When will I get my
money?
All checks are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month (or the
first Tuesday following the 1st and 15th). Checks will include all
auction items paid for during the previous 2 week period (1st -
15th or 16th - end of the month). For example if your item sold on
the 20th of one month your check would be sent out on the 15th of
the next month. This ensures that all items have been received by
satisfied buyers.
Can I track the
progress of my auction(s)?
With Internet access you can go visit our eBay store that shows all
current listings from Art's Parts. Please remember, bidding
on your own item is strictly prohibited.
What types of things
can I sell?
Art's Parts will accept high quality, authentic items,
that you are the rightful owner of. For individual items there must
be an anticipated value of at least $19.99 and the item must be
shippable via FedEx or truck freight!
